Stowarzyszenie POLITES zaprasza na międzynarodowe szkolenie „Creativity In Organisation – European Training Course”. Są wolne miejsca dla uczestników z Polski.
W projekcie biorą udział przedstawiciele Hiszpanii, Grecji, Niemiec, Ukrainy, Gruzji, Bułgarii, Białorusi, Armenii i Polski. Tematem szkolenia jest kreatywność, twórcze sposoby myślenia, bariery w kreatywnym myśleniu, metody kreatywne w pracy zespołowej i indywidualnej. Szkolenie prowadzone jest metodami aktywnymi na zasadach edukacji pozaformalnej i cyklu uczenia się przez doświadczenie wg. D. Kolba.
Szkolenie prowadzone w języku angielskim, rezydencjalne – trwa od 6 do 13 lipca i uczestnicy czas ten spędzają razem. Nocleg i wyżywienie zapewnia Stowarzyszenie POLITES. Szkolenie odbywa się w hotelu Elka-Sen w Szczecinie.

Informacje o szkoleniu w języku angielskim:
The training course is based on non-formal education methods, learning by experience and outdoor training methods. The project is also based on active participation of the people taking part in it. The processes planned for the training are to teach, train and practice methods of creative thinking, dealing with barriers and designing creative processes in organisation in active, challenging and interesting way.
The concept of ’learning to learn’ will also be an important part of the training. The participants will be introduced to the idea, they will also be provided with the tools and support in their learning processes. It is important for us that our participant get the maximum from the training and that they can convey the knowledge in their organisations and local environment thus raising the quality level of youth work and the quality of their projects. This project concurs with this year’s priority that is the cooperation with Eastern European countries. Its main goal is sharing guidelines for good practice of working with young people among Partners.
